A fully restored 1960 Piaggio Ape equipped with a commercial glycol chiller draft system and glassware. We pour ice-cold prosecco spritzes, local wines, craft beer, and signature cocktails—poured by professional RSA mixologists. A vintage-styled gelato setup serving fresh, authentic artisan gelato and sorbet made from real, high-quality ingredients by Meno Zero.
